What is a Wedding Planner?
A Confetti & Co Wedding Planner manages the whole wedding planning process. We manage not only manage the budget, vendor selection and coordination, venue scouting, contract negotiation, timeline creation, but we also will execute the logistical and operational aspects of the wedding.
Wedding planners work closely with the couple from the early stages of planning until the wedding day where we will take on the Wedding Coordinator role of setting up, coordinating with vendors and handling any unforeseen issues that may arise.
Wedding planners ensure that all details are taken care of, from sending out invitations to managing RSVPs, from arranging transportation to coordinating the wedding rehearsal. They oversee the smooth flow of the entire planning process and provide guidance and support to the couple along the way.
Our Wedding Planning team also include a wedding stylist, so everything that is included in the styling service, is automatically included in the wedding planning service.

What is a Wedding Stylist?
A Confetti & Co Wedding Stylist is primarily focused on the visual design and aesthetics of the wedding. We work closely with the couple to understand their vision, preferences, and desired theme for the wedding within their set styling budget.
Wedding stylists help create a cohesive and personalised look for the entire event, including the ceremony and reception areas, floral arrangements, table settings, lighting, signage, and other decorative elements.
Our job is to bring the dreams and style of the wedding to life! We create design boards, provide creative direction and ensure that all visual elements align with the couple’s vision.
Our Wedding Styling and Design service also includes the Wedding Day Coordination component.

What is a Wedding Coordinator?
A Confetti & Co Wedding Coordinator, sometimes called a ‘day-of’ coordinator or ‘month of’ coordinator, primarily focuses on the execution of the wedding on the actual day or leading up to it. Wedding coordinators typically step in closer to the wedding date. We start the process 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. They work with the couple to gather all the necessary details, confirm vendor contracts, and create/finalise the wedding-day timeline.
On the wedding day, coordinators oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception venues, coordinate with vendors, manage the timeline, and handle any unforeseen issues that may arise.
Their primary goal is to ensure that the wedding day runs smoothly and that the couple and their families can enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistical details.
