EST in 2009, we are passionate about the Wedding Planning industry and love creating beautiful weddings for our clients. We have been around long enough to have a pretty amazing ‘little black book’ of suppliers and established networks, ensuring you get the best deals and service. Long enough to see a disaster happening and certainly long enough for you to be able to have complete faith that you and your family will be blessed with a stress free wedding or event.
Our team of expert and trained creatives, planners and coordinators, headed by Sarah & Holly are able to turn your dreams into plans. We create, style, plan, coordinate and create unique events big or small, on any budget.
We are Wedding & Event Planners who will travel anywhere! We have managed beautiful weddings in Perth, but also destinations such as Broome, Avon Valley, Wheatbelt, the South West/ Margaret River, Albany and overseas!

Meet Sarah & Holly, the founders of Confetti + Co and our visionary Planning & Styling Directors. With a combined 30 years in the events industry, they oversee every celebration with passion, expertise, and creative flair, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. Renowned for their professionalism and dedication, they are true experts in bringing unforgettable events to life.
IZZY | WEDDING PLANNER + STYLIST
Izzy is a wedding and events powerhouse, combining impeccable style, expert planning, and boundless creativity. With many years of experience in weddings and events, a 2025 7 News Young Achiever finalist, and soon-to-be qualified interior designer, she transforms every celebration into a truly unforgettable, picture-perfect experience.
MIKYLA | WEDDING PLANNER + STYLIST
Mikyla is our ultimate all-rounder. A New Zealand farm girl at heart, now calling Perth home, she thrives on managing every detail with creativity and precision. With her calm, approachable, and endlessly supportive nature, she’s by your side every step of the way.
EMMA | WEDDING PLANNER + STYLIST
Emma has been part of Confetti + Co since 2023, bringing experience, problem-solving skills, and a supportive touch to make every wedding flawless. You’ll mostly find her at our Mason Mill venue assisting with weddings. When she’s not planning, she’s soaking up the beach, practicing yoga, or learning to stand-up paddle board.
CHELSEA | WEDDING PLANNER + STYLIST
Chelsea brings over 10 years of experience planning events both locally and internationally, including 3 years running her own wedding business. Skilled in logistics and problem-solving, she ensures every event runs seamlessly. When she’s not planning unforgettable celebrations, Chelsea can often be found planning her next adventure, cocktail in hand!
CARLY | DOWN SOUTH WEDDING PLANNER + STYLIST
Carly is our down south wedding expert, bringing years of experience, including managing events at Eight Willows Retreat. With deep local knowledge and strong vendor connections across the South West, she ensures every celebration runs smoothly while offering unwavering support. In her spare time, Carly loves riding her horses and enjoying the outdoors.
LAUREN | REGIONAL WEDDING PLANNER + STYLIST
With years of experience in Wheatbelt weddings, Lauren brings unmatched local knowledge and a detail-oriented approach to every celebration. She grew up in the region and still lives there with her husband and three boys, making her perfectly placed to help couples bring their dream weddings to life seamlessly. Confetti + Co has been lucky to have her on the team since 2018.
MYA | MARKETING COORDINATOR
Mya is our Marketing Coordinator, passionate about all things marketing and known for her sharp attention to detail. With years of industry experience, she brings fresh perspectives and boundless creativity to everything she does at Confetti + Co. She also loves being hands-on, helping out at weddings and events whenever she can.
ABI | ADMIN ASSISTANT
Abi has been an integral part of Confetti + Co since 2020, supporting couples from the Philippines as our dedicated remote assistant. She ensures everything runs seamlessly for both our clients and our team. Outside of work, Abi is a proud wife and mum of two, and a talented face paint artist, spreading joy and creativity at every event she touches.
MOLLY | ADMIN ASSISTANT
Molly is our admin assistant and stationery specialist, ensuring every detail of invites, signage, and styling runs seamlessly for both clients and our team. She thrives in the exciting chaos of weddings, bringing creativity, precision, and a love for deadlines. Fun fact: she’s also a Black Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do!
