During this initial phase, we will:

- Budget Analysis: We work closely with you to define your budget. This ensures that we make the best use of your resources to create a wedding that’s both beautiful and financially sensible.
Designing Your Style Brief
Once we have a clear understanding of your vision and budget, we get to work on crafting a personalised style brief that encapsulates your wedding requirements. This style brief is a roadmap to your dream wedding and will include:
- Style Elements: We will outline the specific style elements that align with your vision. This could include color schemes, furniture, floral arrangements, tablescapes, lighting, floorplans, signage and more.
- Floorplans: We will present to scale floorplans for your ceremony and reception.
- Table Mock-Ups: As part of the face-to-face session, we’ll present table mock-ups so you can visualise how your wedding reception will look and feel. This step is crucial in bringing your vision to life.
- Price Overview: We’ll present an overview of what is included in the total price, so you know exactly where your budget is allocated.
Once you have approved the styling budget and choices, we will take care of all of the booking, invoicing and management of the styling.
Site Visit for Finalisation
We understand that the perfect wedding is not just about what you see on paper but also about how it all comes together at your chosen venue. To ensure that everything goes off without a hitch, we will conduct a site visit to finalise the plans. During this visit, we’ll:
- Review the Venue: We’ll take a close look at the venue and its unique characteristics. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments to the styling plan.
- Logistics and Practical Considerations: We will go through the logistics of setup, timing, and any special requirements that your venue might have.
- Finalise the Details: Any last-minute changes or fine-tuning can be done during this visit to ensure everything is perfect.
